Survivor Team Building

Survivor is one of the most interactive team build activities that you can do as it focuses on team dynamics, communication skills and allows different team members strengths to come to the fore. The activities are structured in a way that requires all the team members to come together and utilise their unique skill sets to complete the challenges.

OUTLAST

Teams compete for points at a variety of challenges. Once all challenges are completed the top two teams with most points gathered will earn their spot in the finale. The finale will be in the format of a Final Tribal Council. This is held where the top two teams plead their case to the losing teams who becomes the jury members. The jury then votes for which team should be considered the "Sole Survivor Team" and win the event's prize.

OUTWIT

Expect “twists” to be introduced during the game in order to keep the teams on their toes. These changes could include the ability to exile a team for a round challenge; the option to choose which team you would like to compete against at the next challenge; hidden immunity idols in forms of riddles that teams can use to either earn more points, or an extra vote at Tribal Council, or a chance to return to regular gameplay after any possible round challenge exiles. A theme will be to never give up as there might even be a “Redemption Island” twist to bring your team back in the game.

Members need to form alliances with other teams, scheme, and form good relationships in order to get the votes on the final hurdle in order to be announced as the ultimate Survivors. Before the final tribal council and voting there will be a short break to provide teams with an opportunity to bargain and make last minute deals in order to secure votes.

All the teams will compete on a variety of challenges against each other. Challenges are designed to be teamwork focused and has a balance in the skills needed at each challenge ensuring there is something for every type of individual.
